Mulan 花木兰 (More Historically Authentic) Variation

An interpretation of what the historical Mulan might look like in Northern Wei (386–535) armor. She wears a scale helmet with fur band warmers. Much of the cavalry helmets recovered from northern kingdoms had riders wearing these conical scale helmets with a layer of reinforced scales serving as cover for the ears and back of the head. Many Northern dynasty horsemen also wore a half slung riding coat.
